Dan's mission is to give team and organizations the processes, insights and confidence they need to be the best versions of themselves.

Before founding JumpSeat, Dan helped organically scale his former firm 4x in four years in the US. He then joined the global team and helped bring six consultancies under one global brand and $250 million in global revenue. 
He has vast experience building and leading marketing and sales teams across 3 continents.
Having completed stints in quantitative marketing research, start-ups, and creative agencies, Dan brings an incredibly diverse perspective to every situation.
Robbie Abed

Robbie Abed is a former Accenture and Deloitte technology consultant, writer, author, and B2B growth marketer.

As a former director of marketing for YML.co, Robbie helped build systems for revenue generation and position the CEO and executives as the best in the business using LinkedIn.

Jess Pelini
Director of B2B Growth Strategies
Jess has been in the B2B world since 2014. Over the years, she’s helped technology and SaaS companies across a wide range of industries such as media, home improvement, e-commerce, and enterprise content management successfully scale their demand generation efforts.

She spent five years at HomeAdvisor as the second hire on a new B2B marketing team that was responsible for growing the contractor network base of paid subscribers by three times. Here, she was also responsible for life-cycle marketing and helping the national sales team establish and nurture more than 150 national franchise partnerships.

Jess has extensive experience in using creative strategy and execution as well as managing special projects like President’s Club and international events both in person and online. She brings a positive attitude and curiosity to all her accounts and is quick to act on areas for improvement.
